Shipping is $20. This includes delivery to you and a prepaid return label. Your rental must be dropped off with USPS by 5:00 p.m. on your selected rental end date to avoid a late fee. 

Pickups are available between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at our Athens pickup location.

EXAMPLE: Local deliveries are made to your address between 10am and 12pm on your selected delivery date.

Condition:

All rental items are previously worn and professionally cleaned after each use. Minor signs of wear may be present, as expected with rental garments. Each item is carefully inspected by our team, and its condition is accurately described. Any significant imperfections will always be disclosed.

 
Care

Please do not wash, dry clean, iron, or attempt to remove stains from your rental. If needed, you may lightly steam the garment to remove wrinkles, but use caution and avoid prolonged direct heat on delicate fabrics or embellishments.

If your dress gets stained or damaged during your rental, simply return it as is and let us know what happened. Our garments are professionally cleaned and inspected after every rental. Normal wear is expected, but significant damage beyond normal wear may result in a damage fee or, in severe cases, replacement charges up to the retail value of the dress.
